Acquifolio v2 is available. It combines acquisition, ownership, fund operations, specialist workflows, an assistant and workflow rules in one workspace. Each area below lists what is still planned; nothing planned is presented as live.
AvailableTeam, evidence & audit
Organization workspaces with seven internal roles plus scoped external guests and investors, link-based invitations and grants, single sign-on with OpenID Connect and authenticator-app MFA with an organization policy, versioned files with SHA-256 checksums and access logs, text extraction and content search for PDF, Word and Excel files, PDF watermarking in the data room, an audit log with per-record activity, tasks, calendar and search, rotating sessions and sign out everywhere.
Planned: SAML and SCIM, passkeys, email delivery, an in-app notification centre, object storage, malware scanning and OCR for scanned documents.
AvailableAcquisition
Origination theses, targets and campaigns, a gated deal pipeline, QoE-Lite earnings analyses, Deal Terms Studio model cases, offers, LOIs and financing, diligence requests and findings, the data room, IC memos and votes, and closing with a handoff to portfolio and funds. Financials are entered or imported from CSV/XLSX; with an AI provider API key, financial statements and LOI terms can be drafted from documents with a page and quote for every value, for people to review and apply.
Planned: licensed company and contact data, email and mailbox integration, accounting connectors, AI add-back suggestions and DOCX / PDF LOI export.
AvailableOwnership and value creation
Reporting packages with actual, budget and underwritten results, KPIs, valuations, 100-day plans and one benefit ledger, plus Playbook40, PriceLift, RollupOS, FranchisePulse and CovenantIQ workflows. Results, billing ledgers and unit submissions are entered or imported. Portfolio totals convert to a reporting currency from a dated FX rate table (manual, CSV or ECB reference rates), roll-up consolidation translates P&L with a currency translation line, and covenant definitions can be drafted from the credit agreement for review.
Planned: accounting, billing, bank and POS connectors, a franchisee portal, an Item 19 builder, balance-sheet translation (CTA) in consolidation and conversion of SaaS ledgers in other currencies.
AvailableFund and investor lifecycle
FundOps vehicles, terms, capital events and allocations, waterfall, fees and side letters, approved notices and investor packages, issued reports with corrections, the investor portal (each LP sees only their own released information) and LP Lens analysis. Fund program totals and LP Lens pooled returns convert at dated FX rates, and a missing rate blocks the pooled IRR rather than being treated as 1.0.
Planned: email delivery of notices, money movement and bank feeds, licensed benchmark data, LP statement extraction and automatic rate providers other than the ECB.
AvailableSpecialist workflows
Docket Intelligence with manually entered or CSV-imported cases and deadlines, SellReady exit readiness, offers and recorded exits, and Academy with blind cases, paper-LBO drills and assignments.
Planned: licensed docket feeds, digest email delivery, teaser / CIM generation, mock interviews and coaching.
AvailableAssistance and automation
A permission-aware assistant that answers with read-only tools and cited sources, reads uploaded document text with page citations, and drafts IC memo sections for review; workflow rules that create internal tasks, requests, comments and review flags. Assistance drafts; authorized people decide.
Requires an AI provider API key for the assistant (disabled without one; never available to investors). Planned: wider assistant coverage, such as LP Lens.
How v2 was verified
The current v2 product passed 793 automated API unit tests, 14 end-to-end smoke suites with 262 checks against a live API, a browser crawl of 76 routes at desktop and 390px mobile width with no errors, and a role check signed in as an owner, viewer, guest and investor (LP). These are internal engineering checks, not an independent audit or certification.
Release boundaries
Not available: SAML and SCIM provisioning, passkeys, email delivery, S3 / object storage, malware scanning, OCR for scanned documents, live data connectors (accounting, billing, bank, POS and licensed data feeds), money movement, certified reports, commercial subscriptions and independent security certification (no SOC 2 or ISO 27001). Commercial pricing is being defined with pilot teams.
